Their technology combines enzymes + metal catalysts to efficiently convert feedstocks into products. Solugen has incredible success treating wastewater for frackers due to their focus on distribution over product & taking defined technical risks to get ~price parity to phosphates.
Solugen’s model is to collapse supply chains with biology & help bring emissions from chemicals to 0. An important moat are their bioforge installations for water processing, which reduces transportation/raw material COGS and makes it very hard to stop using Solugen's products.
